Role:

• As a Business Operations Manager, you will help build systems and solutions to help support our growth objectives at scale
• Build Systems and Tools: Build internal and client facing tools and solutions that improve customer experience and productivity
• Design Processes: Map out and implement playbooks and procedures for key operational functions that will scale as we grow (ie. catalog creation, restaurant/corner store/grocery onboarding)
• Chase Down Insights: Assess performance of KPIs and identify problem sources, uncovering opportunities for improvement and patterns and trends that can inform our future product roadmap

Must Haves:

• 2+ years experience in a results-focused professional environment (e.g., early-stage startup, high-growth tech company, management consulting, investment banking)
• Track record of structuring, owning, and leading business critical initiatives
• Data-driven, “truth is in the numbers” mentality; SQL proficiency is required, Python proficiency a plus
• Bias to action and enthusiasm for finding creative solutions to difficult problems
• Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
