You are an expert in sourcing and have experience in full-cycle recruiting for various positions.
You have experience working at AppSec/Security/DevSecOps companies.
In this role, you will lead the growth of Apiiro’s engineering team end to end.
You can multitask between working with candidates, agencies, hiring managers, and employees.
You are a quick learner and are not afraid to work hard and try new things.
You are passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and you simply enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a strong team.
In order to qualify for this role, you need to have at least two years of experience with full cycle recruiting for sales and Marketing roles and have experience working with global teams.
Greenhouse experience is definitely a plus.
What You Will Do
You will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing engineering team.
You will lead end to end hiring processes and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders (candidates and hiring managers).
You will source effectively and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind.
You will own new initiatives within recruiting and HR that will support the business growth and will allow you to expand your skills set.
